FAQ:
All items are made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. For a more accurate production schedule check our production faq page.
Shipping:
- If you are purchasing multiple products i.e Laptop sleeves, clear cases, art prints etc. please expect multiple packages as we work with different partners to produce different items.
- Actual delivery time will be determined by shipping method chosen by purchaser. Lei'ohu Designs is not responsible for delayed or missing packages once shipped.
- Please contact your local USPS for any issues as to delivery as once a package is shipped we do not have control over its delivery
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped.
- Please allow 4-7 business days for fedex and 9-12 business days for DHL & USPS
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Lei'ohu Designs is not liable for incorrectly inputted addresses, lost or damaged packages. Please be aware there will be cost incurred for reshipments and reach out to your local USPS with any issues related to lost or damaged packages.
Please note that due to the custom nature of our products all sales are final.
