What’s the deal with pre-orders?

Ah, the sweet sound of pre-orders! When you pre-order, you’re securing your spot for our most popular items before they fly off the shelves (or should we say, before they take a vacation to the sold-out island). Plus, you get to enjoy a discount! Who doesn’t love a good deal?

How long will it take for my pre-order to arrive?

Patience is a virtue, my friend! Since these fabulous items are being made just for you, they come with a 4-5 week production window. 

How will I know if an item is a pre-order?

Easy peasy lemon squeezy! If you see a (pre-order) tab in the title of the product, you’ve hit the jackpot! That’s your signal that this item is being crafted with love and will take a little extra time to arrive at your doorstep. No surprises here, just good vibes!

Can I combine my pre-order with other items?

Of course! Just keep in mind that the items in your order may ship together or separately. Our checkout page list the number of shipments and contents of each shipment in great detail so you'll know what items will be shipped together. You will also learn the expected shipping duration - determined by the carrier to understand the shipping time once the item is handed over

Can I track my pre-order?

You bet your bottom dollar you can! Our track my order page provides detailed updates as to what stage the items in your order in. Keep in mind if it is still within the 4-5 production window this page will have a in production message.

Once your pre-order is ready to ship, we’ll send you a tracking number via shipping confirmation email. 

What if my pre-order doesn’t arrive on time?

Oh no, the dreaded delay! While we do our best to get your goodies to you on time, sometimes the shipping gods have other plans. If your package is delayed, we’ll be right there with you, shaking our fists at the sky. Just remember, once it’s shipped, we can’t control the postal magic. But we’ll be here to help if you need us!

Can I gift a pre-order item?

Absolutely! Just be sure to let your lucky recipient know that their gift is a work in progress. It’s like giving them a sneak peek of a surprise party—exciting and full of anticipation! 🎉
